Getting Started
Creating your talentATS account is the first step towards streamlining your recruitment process. This guide will walk you through the sign-up process step by step.
Step 1: Access the Sign-Up Page
Navigate to the talentATS website and click on the "Sign Up" or "Get Started" button. You'll be taken to the registration page.
Step 2: Enter Your Email Address
On the first page of the sign-up process, you'll need to enter your email address:
Enter a valid business email address
Click "Next" to proceed
You'll receive a verification code sent to your email
Step 3: Verify Your Email
Check your email inbox for a verification code:
Enter the verification code you received
If you didn't receive the code, you can request a new one
Click "Next" once you've entered the correct code
Step 4: Complete Your Personal Details
On the final sign-up page, you'll need to provide:
First Name - Your first name
Last Name - Your surname
Password - Create a strong password (minimum requirements will be shown)
Make sure your password meets the security requirements displayed on the page.
Step 5: Complete Registration
Once you've filled in all the required information:
Review your details to ensure they're correct
Click "Sign Up" or "Create Account" to complete the registration
You'll be automatically logged in and redirected to the onboarding process
What Happens Next?
After completing your account creation, you'll be guided through the onboarding process where you'll:
Set up your organisation details
Configure your account settings
Select a subscription plan (if required)
Tips
Use a business email address rather than a personal one
Keep your verification code secure and don't share it
Choose a strong password that you haven't used elsewhere
Check your spam folder if you don't receive the verification email
Troubleshooting
I didn't receive the verification email:
Check your spam or junk folder
Verify you entered the correct email address
Wait a few minutes and request a new code
Contact support if the issue persists
I'm having trouble with my password:
Ensure it meets all the requirements shown on the page
Try using a combination of uppercase, lowercase, numbers, and special characters
Make sure it's at least the minimum length required
I already have an account:
If you already have an account, use the "Log In" option instead
You can reset your password if you've forgotten it
