Getting Started
After creating your account, you'll be guided through the onboarding process. This multi-step wizard helps you configure your organisation and get started with talentATS.
Overview of Onboarding Steps
The onboarding process consists of several steps:
Personal Information - Complete your profile details
Organisation Setup - Configure your company information
Company Details - Add additional organisation information
Subscription Selection - Choose your plan (if required)
Step 1: Personal Information
On the first page of onboarding, you'll be asked to provide:
Phone Number - Your contact number (verification may be required)
Job Title - Your current role
LinkedIn Profile (optional) - Your LinkedIn profile URL
Profile Image (optional) - Upload a profile picture
Fill in the required fields and click "Next" to continue.
Step 2: Organisation Setup
This step is where you'll set up your organisation:
Organisation Name - Your company name
Employee Size - Select the size range that best fits your organisation
Website URL (optional) - Your company website
Company LinkedIn (optional) - Your company's LinkedIn page URL
About the Company (optional) - A brief description of your organisation
Company Logo (optional) - Upload your company logo
All fields marked with an asterisk (*) are required.
Step 3: Company Details
The third step allows you to add more detailed information about your organisation:
Review and update any information from the previous step
Add any additional details about your company
Ensure all information is accurate before proceeding
Step 4: Subscription Selection
If subscription is required for your account:
You'll see available subscription plans
Review the features included in each plan
Select the plan that best suits your needs
Complete the payment process if required
If subscription is not required, you can skip this step and complete onboarding.
Completing Onboarding
Once you've completed all required steps:
Review all the information you've entered
Click "Complete Onboarding" or "Finish"
You'll be redirected to your dashboard
Tips
Take your time to ensure all information is accurate
You can always update organisation details later in Settings
Upload a company logo to personalise your account
Make sure your phone number is correct as it may be used for verification
What You Can Do After Onboarding
Once onboarding is complete, you can:
Access your dashboard
Create your first vacancy
Set up your careers page
Configure user permissions
Explore reporting features
Troubleshooting
I can't proceed to the next step:
Check that all required fields are filled in
Look for any error messages on the page
Ensure file uploads (logo, profile image) meet size requirements (typically 500KB or less)
I need to change information I entered:
You can go back to previous steps using the "Previous" button
Organisation details can be updated later in Settings > Organisation
I'm stuck on a particular step:
Review the field labels and help text
Check that file formats are correct (JPG, PNG for images)
Contact support if you continue to experience issues
