Dashboard Overview
When you log in to talentATS, you'll land on your dashboard. The dashboard provides:
Key Metrics - Important recruitment statistics at a glance
Quick Actions - Fast access to common tasks
Recent Activity - Overview of your latest recruitment activity
Navigation - Access to all areas of the system
Key Metrics
Your dashboard displays important metrics that help you understand your recruitment activity:
Live Jobs
Number of currently active job postings
Shows jobs that are live and accepting applications
Candidates
Total number of candidates in your system
May show candidates by status (new, shortlisted, etc.)
Interviews
Upcoming interviews scheduled
May show interviews for today or this week
Applications
Recent applications received
May show applications from the last 24 hours or week
