talentATS offers a simple subscription plan and three job posting packages to suit your recruitment needs. Understanding the difference between your plan and packages will help you make the right choices for your organisation.

Plans vs Packages

Subscription Plan

Your talentATS subscription determines:

  • Access to all platform features

  • Number of users in your organisation

  • User permissions and access levels

  • Base functionality

Job Posting Packages

Packages are selected when creating individual job postings and determine:

  • Which job boards your vacancy is published to

  • The branding on your job adverts (talentATS or your company branding)

  • The reach and visibility of your postings

Subscription Plan

talentATS offers one comprehensive plan with full access to all features:

Pricing

  • Annual Payment: £20 per user per month (billed annually)

  • Monthly Payment: £25 per user per month (billed monthly)

Free Trial

  • 2-week free trial with full access to all features

  • No credit card required upfront

  • No restrictions during trial period

  • First payment due after trial period ends

Payment Management

If payment fails:

  • We'll attempt to process payment up to 4 times over the following 7 days

  • If all payment attempts fail, the subscription will be cancelled

  • All users except the account owner will lose access

  • The account owner can only access the Manage Plan page to update payment details

Job Posting Packages

When creating a vacancy, you'll choose from three packages that determine where your job is posted:

Free Package

The Free package publishes to:

  • Our network of aggregator and programmatic job boards:

    • Adzuna

    • ZipRecruiter

    • Talent.com

    • JobIsJob

    • Jooble

    • Many more

  • LinkedIn

Best for:

  • Testing the platform

  • Entry-level or high-volume roles

  • Limited recruitment budgets

  • Jobs with broad appeal

Unbranded Package - £299

The Unbranded package includes everything from Free, plus:

  • Reed.co.uk (with talentATS branding)

  • Indeed (with talentATS branding)

Note: Jobs posted with this package will display talentATS branding rather than your company branding on Reed and Indeed.

Best for:

  • Increased visibility on major UK job boards

  • Standard hiring needs

  • Balanced reach and cost

  • When direct employer branding is not essential

Branded Package - £399

The Branded package includes everything from Unbranded, plus:

  • CV-Library (with your company branding)

Note: All jobs posted with this package display your company branding across all job boards.

Best for:

  • Maximum visibility across all major UK job boards

  • Senior or specialist roles

  • Employer brand awareness

  • Critical hires requiring full company branding

  • When professional presentation is important

Choosing the Right Package

Consider these factors when selecting a package:

Job Type

  • High-Volume Roles - Free package often provides good reach

  • Specialist Roles - Unbranded or Branded for wider visibility

  • Senior Positions - Branded package for professional presentation

  • Entry-Level Roles - Free package typically works well

Budget

  • Limited Budget - Start with Free package

  • Standard Budget - Unbranded for good reach

  • Flexible Budget - Branded for maximum impact

  • Mix Approach - Use different packages for different roles

Branding Priorities

  • Brand Awareness Important - Use Branded package

  • Quick Hire Priority - Unbranded offers good reach

  • Brand Less Critical - Free or Unbranded work well

Urgency

  • Urgent Hiring - Branded for maximum reach

  • Standard Timeline - Unbranded package

  • No Rush - Free package may be sufficient

Managing Your Subscription

Accessing Billing Settings

  1. Click on your profile dropdown menu

  2. Select "Settings" or "Billing"

  3. Navigate to "Manage Plan"

Updating Payment Details

To update your payment method:

  1. Go to Settings > Billing

  2. Select "Manage Plan"

  3. Update your payment information

  4. Save changes

Adding or Removing Users

Your subscription is billed per user:

  • Add users at any time

  • Billing adjusts automatically

  • Remove users as needed

  • Changes reflected in next billing cycle

Payment Schedule

  • Annual: One payment per year per user

  • Monthly: Recurring monthly payment per user

  • Payments processed automatically via Stripe

Tips for Success

  • Start with the Free package to test job board performance

  • Use Branded packages for roles where company reputation matters

  • Mix and match packages based on individual job requirements

  • Monitor which job boards deliver the best candidates for your roles

  • Consider your employer brand strategy when choosing packages

Troubleshooting

My payment failed:

  • Update your payment details in Settings > Billing

  • We'll retry up to 4 times over 7 days

  • Act quickly to maintain uninterrupted access

I can't access the platform:

  • Check if your subscription payment is current

  • Only the account owner retains access during payment issues

  • Update payment details to restore full access

Which package should I choose?:

  • Start with Free to test performance

  • Upgrade to Unbranded for Reed and Indeed exposure

  • Use Branded when your company branding is important

  • You can use different packages for different vacancies

Can I change packages after posting?:

  • Packages are selected when creating each vacancy

  • To use a different package, you'll need to create a new job posting

  • Contact support if you need assistance

How do I cancel my subscription?:

  • Contact support to discuss cancellation options

  • Consider pausing recruitment rather than cancelling

  • Remember the 2-week trial allows you to test risk-free
