Credits are used to publish job postings to premium job boards. This guide explains how to purchase credits and manage your credit balance.
Understanding Credits
Credits are units that allow you to:
Publish vacancies to premium job boards
Use Unbranded and Branded packages
Access paid job posting features
Different packages require different numbers of credits:
Free Package - No credits required
Unbranded Package - Requires credits - £299 per credit
Branded Package - Requires more credits - £399 per credit
Accessing Credit Purchase
To purchase credits:
Navigate to Settings in the sidebar menu
Click on Billing
Look for Credits or Purchase Credits section
Alternatively, when creating a vacancy, you may see a "Purchase Credits" button if you don't have enough
Purchasing Credits
Step 1: Select Credit Amount
Choose how many credits you want to purchase
Common amounts may include:
Small packages (e.g., 5-10 credits)
Medium packages (e.g., 20-50 credits)
Large packages (e.g., 100+ credits)
Larger packages may offer better value
Step 2: Review Pricing
Check the cost per credit
Review the total amount
Look for any discounts on larger purchases
Ensure the amount meets your needs
Step 3: Payment
Click "Purchase" or "Buy Credits"
You'll be redirected to the secure payment portal
Enter your payment details
Complete the transaction
Step 4: Confirmation
You'll receive a confirmation email
Credits are added to your account immediately
Your balance will update automatically
Checking Your Credit Balance
To view your current credit balance:
Go to Settings > Billing
Look for Credit Balance or Available Credits
Your balance is displayed prominently
You can also see it when creating a vacancy
Credit Usage
Credits are used when you:
Publish a vacancy with a Standard package
Publish a vacancy with a Premium package
Use premium job board features
Note: Free packages do not use credits.

To see your credit transactions:
Navigate to Billing settings
Look for "Credit History" or "Transactions"
View purchases and usage
Download statements if available

Some credits may have expiration dates
