After Publication
Once published:

How Closing Date Scheduling Works
Before Closing Date
While open:
Vacancy accepts applications normally
Visible on all selected job boards

On Closing Date
When the closing date arrives:
Applications close automatically

You can still review and process existing applications
After Closing Date
Once closed:
Vacancy no longer accepts new applications
May be hidden from job boards
Can still view and manage existing applications
Can extend the closing date if needed
Vacancy can be reopened manually
