talentATS provides multiple reporting and analytics features at different levels of your recruitment workflow. Depending on what you need to analyse, you can access reports in different areas of the system.
Types of Reports
There are three main locations where you can access reporting data:
1. Dashboard Reports
Quick metrics and visualisations accessible from the main Dashboard:
Live jobs count – Number of active vacancies
Total applications – Volume of applications received
Total interviews – Interview statistics
Average time to hire – Recruitment speed metrics
Upcoming interviews – Schedule of pending interviews
Latest applicants – Recent application activity
Recent job activity – Latest vacancy changes
Candidates by stage – Pipeline distribution
Applicants by stage – Application progress
AI candidate rankings – AI-powered candidate scoring
Applications by location – Geographic distribution
Dashboard reports provide at-a-glance metrics and are ideal for understanding current pipeline health and activity.
2. Vacancy Stats Reports
Detailed reports specific to individual vacancies accessible from the Vacancy flyout:
Candidate pipeline breakdown – How many candidates at each stage
Application sources – Where applicants came from
Interview statistics – Interview volume and status
Time metrics – Duration between stages
Candidate quality metrics – Suitability and fit data
Vacancy Stats are useful for understanding the performance of a specific job posting.
3. Reporting Suite
Comprehensive custom reports that can be generated with flexible filters:
Applicant Totals Report – Volume analysis across time periods and filters
Applicant Suitability Report – Candidate quality and fit assessment
Applicant Source Report – Where your best candidates come from
Job Posting Totals Report – Vacancy performance metrics
Time to Hire Report – Recruitment speed analysis
Cost Per Hire Report – Recruitment cost metrics
Interview Tools Report – Interview funnel and completion rates

Accessing Reports
Dashboard
Click "Dashboard" in the main navigation
View key metrics and charts
Click on specific cards for more detail
Vacancy Stats
Go to your Vacancies
Click on a vacancy to open the flyout
Click the "Vacancy Stats" tab
View stats specific to that vacancy
Reporting Suite
Click "Reporting" in the main navigation
Select report type from the menu
Configure filters as needed
View and export report data
Permissions
Reporting access depends on your role:
Org Admin – Access to organisation reports
Recruiters – Access to reports for vacancies they manage
Team Leads – Access to team-specific reports
Some report types may be restricted based on your organisation's configuration.
