Getting Started

Vacancy Stats provides detailed analytics specific to a single job posting. This is useful for understanding how a particular vacancy is performing, where candidates are coming from, and how they're progressing through your pipeline.

Accessing Vacancy Stats

From a Vacancy Card

  1. Go to your Vacancies

  2. Find the job posting you want to analyse

  3. Click the Job Actions button on the card

  4. Select View Job Stats

  5. The Vacancy flyout opens with Stats tab active

From the Vacancy Flyout

  1. Open a vacancy flyout

  2. Click the Vacancy Stats tab

  3. View the statistics for that vacancy

Vacancy Stats Display

The Vacancy Stats tab shows various metrics specific to that job:

Candidate Pipeline

Breakdown by stage:

  • How many candidates are at each stage

  • Visual representation of pipeline distribution

  • Shows bottlenecks or strong areas

Application Sources

Where candidates came from:

  • Direct applications

  • Job boards

  • Internal referrals

  • Other sources

Understanding sources helps identify effective recruitment channels.=

Candidate Quality

Suitability data:

  • AI ranking metrics

  • Recruiter ranking metrics

What This Tells You

Use Vacancy Stats to:

  • Identify bottlenecks – See where candidates are getting stuck

  • Analyse performance – Understand if the vacancy is attracting good candidates

  • Find effective sources – See which channels bring the best candidates

  • Track progress – Monitor how quickly candidates move through stages

  • Quality assessment – Evaluate candidate calibre for this role

Troubleshooting

Stats aren't showing:

  • Verify you have permission to view this vacancy

  • Ensure the vacancy has candidates

  • Refresh the page

  • Contact support if issues persist

Numbers seem wrong:

  • Check that you're viewing the correct vacancy

  • Verify date filters if applicable

  • Ensure permissions allow you to see all candidates

  • Contact support for data discrepancies

I can't access the Stats tab:

  • Your permissions may restrict access to statistics

  • Contact your administrator

  • Some organisations restrict this feature by role
