Getting Started

Your organisation settings allow you to manage users, teams, sub-organisations, and feature restrictions. This guide explains what you can manage and how to navigate organisation settings.

Accessing Organisation Settings

To access organisation settings:

  1. Click Settings in the main navigation

  2. Select Organisation or Access Management

  3. You'll see organisation management options

  4. Choose what you need to manage

What You Can Manage

Users

  • Add new team members to your organisation

  • Edit user details and roles

  • Remove inactive users

  • Assign appropriate permissions

  • Create teams within your organisation

  • Assign team members

  • Organise by department or function

  • Configure team permissions

Sub-Organisations

  • Create child organisations under your main organisation

User Roles Overview

Your organisation has several user roles with different permission levels:

Organisation Admin

  • Full system access

  • Manage users, teams, and organisation settings

  • Access billing and configuration

  • For account owners and HR managers

Recruiter

  • Create and manage vacancies

  • Manage candidates and interviews

  • Access reports and analytics

  • Core recruitment functionality

Team Lead

  • Manage team members

  • Team-specific access and reporting

  • Recruitment activities

  • For team supervisors and coordinators

Hiring Manager

  • View assigned vacancies

  • Review candidates and provide feedback

  • Limited editing and configuration
