Getting Started
With talentATS, you can create sub-organisations (child organisations) under your main organisation. This allows you to manage multiple entities or departments within a hierarchical structure while maintaining central oversight.
Understanding Sub-Organisations
Parent Organisation
The parent organisation is:
Your main organisation
Top-level in the hierarchy
Can manage child organisations
Has administrative oversight
Child Organisations
Child organisations are:
Sub-organisations under parent
Can operate semi-independently
Share certain parent settings
Maintain their own user management
Hierarchy Benefits
Multi-level organisation structure allows you to:
Manage multiple offices or divisions
Maintain separate teams and users per location
Consolidate reporting and analytics
Share resources across entities
Maintain clear organisational structure
